401(k) Plan
Eligible employees have access to one of the most convenient ways to save for your retirement - the Larson Companies 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan.
Generally speaking, you may contribute from one percent to 75 percent of your pay up to the annual legal limits. You are always 100% vested in the value of your own contributions and may increase or decrease your contribution on a monthly basis.
Employer Match For each $1.00 that you contribute, up to 75% of your compensation, Larson Companies will contribute 20 cents. To be eligible for the company match, you must still be employed on the last day of the year. Larson Companies will put the match amount into your account after the end of the calendar year.
Larson Companies may also make a discretionary profit sharing contribution to your 401(k) account on an annual basis, which will be allocated among all eligible employees. To be eligible for this profit sharing contribution, you must complete 1000 hours of service and be employed the last day of the year. |
