It is our policy to encourage communication between management and employees. Your complaints or problems, suggestions or ideas are important to Larson Companies and have a direct bearing on your performance and well being.
To address a concern or suggestion, talk to your manager about it, and then give him/her the chance to consider it. Your manager is in the best position to handle your concern satisfactorily. If you have a problem with another individual, we encourage you to approach that individual first and attempt to resolve the conflict. If that does not resolve matters, you should then discuss it with your manager.
If your manager does not address your concern or suggestion, you may take it to the General Manager. Should special circumstances so warrant, a complaint or problem, suggestion or idea may be taken to the Director of Operations or Chief People Officer at 715.834.2449 x222 or 1.866.800.5246 for consideration. |
