OUR GUEST PHILOSOPHY

 

We believe that Our Guest Philosophy makes our organization unique.  The following theory is the principle that each employee must understand to ensure we stay focused on the same goals.

 

Employees of most companies consider the management to be the most important people with whom they interact.  As a result, decisions are made in an effort to please management, and decisions that affect people lower in the hierarchy are viewed as less important.

In our Company, we believe our success is dependent upon inverting the typical management pyramid.  Our Guests are the most important element in our organization! Immediately following our Guests are the employees who work the closest to the Guest.  Those employees have the greatest impact on the Guests’ experience.  The livelihood of each employee depends on one group of people, our Guests.  Our business begins and ends with OUR GUEST and the ability to exceed OUR GUESTS’ expectations.
